How Buyers Pay With PayPal

PayPal QR Payment

After the buyer confirms the package and amount, the buyer may scan this PayPal QR code with the PayPal app or PayPal-supported camera flow to complete payment to our PayPal account.

Buyers should include their business name and selected package in the PayPal payment note when possible.

The buyer selects Diagnostic Review, Pilot Package, or Monthly Maintenance on this page.

2Request PayPal payment

The buyer emails hello@tenminuteops.com with the selected package and PayPal email address. We send a PayPal payment request or invoice from our PayPal account.

3Pay in PayPal

The buyer completes the payment through PayPal by payment request, invoice, or PayPal QR code. We do not collect card data on this website.

4Start delivery

After PayPal payment confirmation and intake information are received, the pilot package starts and is delivered within 3 business days.

Delivery

The pilot package is delivered within 3 business days after payment and after the customer provides the required intake information. Delivery is digital and may include setup links, workflow documentation, templates, and a walkthrough video.

Refund And Cancellation Policy

Before work starts, the deposit is refundable. After work starts, the deposit covers diagnosis, setup time, and workflow configuration. If the agreed fixed scope cannot be delivered, the unused portion will be refunded or credited toward a replacement service.
